We make Primal Grounding Sheets because we believe in what they do. We also believe you should be able to test that for yourself — without taking on any risk.
That's why every Primal Grounding Sheet comes with our 90-Night Sleep Guarantee.
The 90-Night Sleep Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your Primal Grounding Sheet within 90 nights of delivery, we'll refund your purchase in full.
- No questions asked
- No return shipping required
- No restocking fees
- You keep the sheet (donate it, gift it, or discard it as you wish)
We ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 nights before requesting a refund. Grounding works through consistent nightly contact, and most people notice meaningful changes within the first month.
The 90-night window begins on the date your order is delivered, not the date of purchase.
What's Covered
The 90-Night Sleep Guarantee applies to:
- All Primal Grounding Sheet sizes (Twin through California King)
- All accessories included (grounding cord, outlet tester)
- Single-unit and multi-unit orders
Each customer is eligible for the 90-Night Sleep Guarantee on their first purchase only. Subsequent orders fall under our standard 30-day return policy.
What's Not Covered
- Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers (only direct purchases through primalbaseline.com or projectbaseline.store qualify)
- Products damaged by improper care (bleaching, fabric softener, washing above 105°F/40°C, ironing the silver fibers directly)
- Final sale items clearly marked at purchase
How to Request a Refund
Email info@primalbaseline.com with the subject line: "90-Night Refund Request"
Include:
- Your order number
- The email address used for purchase
- Your reason (optional — we don't require one)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with confirmation. Once approved, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your Primal Grounding Sheet arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@primalbaseline.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost — expedited shipping included. You don't need to return the damaged item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package:
- Check with neighbors, building managers, and household members
- Wait 24 hours (packages are sometimes marked delivered before final placement)
- Search around your property
If still not located after 48 hours, contact info@primalbaseline.com. We'll work with the carrier to investigate, and if confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Order Cancellations & Address Changes
Cancel before shipping: Email info@primalbaseline.com with subject line "Cancel Order [Your Order Number]." Cancellations are typically processed within 1 business day.
Change shipping address: Email us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes will be applied.
Standard 30-Day Return Policy
For purchases outside the 90-Night Sleep Guarantee window or for repeat customers' subsequent orders:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be in like-new condition (unwashed, undamaged, original packaging)
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
- Refunds issued within 5-7 business days of receipt

Exchanges
We process exchanges as a refund + new order. Within the 90-Night Sleep Guarantee window, exchanges are free. Outside the window, standard return rules apply.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I really not need to return the sheet? Correct. We don't require returns under the 90-Night Sleep Guarantee. Keep it, gift it, or donate it.
What if I bought it from Amazon or another retailer? The 90-Night Sleep Guarantee only applies to direct purchases through primalbaseline.com or projectbaseline.store. For other retailers, follow that retailer's return policy.
Can I get a refund for any reason? Yes. The 90-Night Sleep Guarantee covers any reason, including comfort, fit, or personal preference.
What if I lost my order confirmation? Email us with the address used for purchase and approximate purchase date. We'll find it.

Disputes
If a refund is denied or processed incorrectly, email info@primalbaseline.com with subject line "Refund Dispute" and your order number. We'll review within 3 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse, including multiple refund requests across accounts, fraudulent claims, or violation of our terms of service.
Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under this policy will be resolved through the courts located in Hampden County, Massachusetts.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and Massachusetts consumer protection statutes (M.G.L. c. 93A).
