HOW TO SET UP your Grounding Rod
PLANT
Insert the stainless steel rod 8-10 inches into grass or soil outside your home. Near a bedroom or living room window is ideal.
ROUTE
Run the 39-foot cord from the rod, through or under a window or door, into the room where you use your sheet or mat. Tuck and cover the cord along the way to prevent tripping.
CONNECT
Connect the cord to the wire that came with your Primal Baseline™ sheet or mat. You're now grounded directly to the earth.
